Iceni Properties Terms and Conditions of Advertising
- Iceni Properties reserves the right to alter or amend any advertisement submitted by advertisers.
- Iceni Properties cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the advertiser for any reason whatsoever.
- Iceni Properties accepts no responsibility of any nature for the content of the advertisement.
- Iceni Properties reserves the right to delete any advertisement it considers abusive,offensive or misleading. No refunds will be given.
- All prices for Property Rentals and Sales are in UK pounds with a currency
converter to Euros conversion for guidance only.
- Iceni Properties does not warrant that the operation of the Iceni Properties site will be uninterrupted or error free. In this case Iceni Properties will not be responsible for any damages to the advertiser including loss of profit or indirect damages.
- Advertisers are entirely responsible for all content and postings to Iceni Properties and indemnify Iceni Properties against any costs incurred relating to the content of advertisements.
- Iceni Properties cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright law resulting from material supplied by advertisers. The advertiser warrants that he / she / company is / are the owner of the copyright and indemnifies Iceni Properties against any action brought for breach of copyright.
- Iceni Properties reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for inclusion in its database.
- All advertisements are on a 6 month basis. If an advertiser decides to remove their property from the database within this period no refunds will be given.
- Payment is via our secure payment page using a credit or debit card.
- Once your subscription term has expired this will be automatically be renewed. Rebilling will occur no sooner than two days prior to your renewal date and this will ensure uninterrupted access to potential sales or rentals.
The automated billing feature means that your subscription rate will stay the same even if we increase our rates in the future.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed. Cancellation of such subscription will be effective upon that subscriber sending notice via email to Iceni Prooperties of their intention three working days prior to the renewal date of the subscription.
